8th Battalion, King's Own in Malta 1941-43 - Page Three

Signallers ready for the off from Ta Salvatur, 1942.  The cycle was the only transport due to the shortage of petrol on Malta during the siege.  Note the steel helmets and the stone wall camouflage.
