1st/5th Battalion, King's Own crossing the Channel, 1915

Left to right, Groom Turner, Lieutenant H Bell and Lieutenant E M Lloyds Evans on board the 'Manchester Importer' as it arrives at Le Havre.

The 1st/5th Battalion arrived in France on 14th February 1915, this photograph is at the port of Le Havre.  Left to right are Privates J R Mawson, H Dolan, Davies, W A Morris and Sergeant Ralinson.
